SUPPORT FOR PEDIATRIC RESPIRATORY PATIENTS

There is a gap in support for the pediatric patient with chronic respiratory conditions. These include chronic exacerbation flare ups and the unavailability of care and support between the emergent or physicians’ office and home. Resources, time and follow up are all in short supply for these patients.

CARE AND EDUCATION IN PATIENT HOMES NOT HOSPITALS

Breathe RC employs trained and specialized Respiratory Therapist, focused on in-home care and education. We specialize in medication management and the creation of a resource for both the family and the doctor to provide the best level of care.

PARTNERING WITH THE PHYSICIAN

Bridging the gap between office visits and in-home care is our #1 priority. Any service we can provide to the Physicians’ office is our goal. Monthly reports on the child’s progress will be provided. Updates will also be provided on the patient’s compliance with the plan of care. Together we can greatly improve the quality of life in the chronic pediatric respiratory patient.
